Yup, I am 13 years older than one of these girls....geez...the closest one in age to me is a decade younger. They know I'm a dork, and they still love me. I'll take it :)
Kasie insisted on taking photos while we drive...we were so chipper 30 minutes into the 4 hour drive! ;)
We got to see all sorts of shows. This one was by Big Sexy Hair - great show!
This updo show was the only show that sucked - they insisted on doing updos with no bobby pins...only using rubber bands. Nope, not worth our time.
But look what I got to sit behind....LOL! This is my instructor, Ferida! She had BIGGER than big hair!!
The last Redken show was my favorite - I learned some great color techniques there!
Can you see the blonde model on the big screen? Yea, she made me miss my blonde :(
I sat behind this cool dude at the Surface Razor show (wonderful presentation, but the mowhawk was very distracting) ;)
We stayed at a really nice Westin, just outside of Chicago. The hair show was IN the hotel, in several grand ballrooms. The elevators were amazing - there were 5 of them, and they were floor to ceiling mirrors...we had too much fun in there ;) This is me and Kasie!
We all went out to dinner the first night of the show at TGIFridays!
It was a great trip, and I will be forever grateful that I got to go! But, I had 2 little blondies at home, missing me terribly, so I was glad to get back :)

Thanks for the highlights of your trip. We are so glad you went! Looks like you had a fun group of little ladies with you. Way to step outside your box. We are very proud!
