Hair Color

I haven't had any exciting colors lately (thankfully), but I have been coloring my friend's hair!! I took Stephanie's hair from a dark-brown with red streaks, to the blackest of black (which is why she went with Goth for Halloween) ;)


This is Shelby - she's one of the new students. They had color week last week and she colored her hair THREE times, because she didn't know what she wanted, and ended up hating everything. The poor kid was in tears and people were calling her a drama queen...so I offered to fix her hair for her the next day - I've never heard so many thank yous in my life! Poor kid...the next day also happened to be her 19th birthday, and she didn't want to "look like crap" for it. :( I took her from light brown with golden blonde highlights (which she hated) to a chocolate brown with hints of warm auburn...it was stunning, and she finally smiled again :)


 


 One of the graduating seniors has asked me to color her hair tomorrow....the seniors usually do each other's hair, so I'm just taking this as a compliment and will try not to shake in my boots when we start ;)
