Tapers

We started learning men's cuts/tapers today. I was nervous to learn this cut, because everyone I've ever talked to at school, tells of how hard tapers were to learn. Not something a newbie wants to hear! Anyway, for some unforeseen reason, tapers came easily to me *unlike that last cut we learned!!.



Actually, I really like the way it's cut - it's very precise, no room for error, no room for subjectivity *which is probably why I like it so well. It's either right, or it's wrong, and you need to go back and fix it. I like that.



I loved searching the hair for parts that weren't blended well! Because, who wants to see a line in the back of their head?? Not me, says Ryan! ;)



I can't wait to learn more men's cuts and start getting creative!
