First real client!

Today was our first model day - we had to bring someone in to perform our newest cuts/styles on. One of my oldest friends was so kind (and brave) to help me out. She will forever be on my list of firsts - including my first massage client, my first Hospice family, and my first darling daycare baby. :) I will never forget any of them!


I gave Anne a long-layered cut, with some face framing layers. I did a great job (said the instructor) and I think Anne was happy with it. *And I passed!* What do you think?? (Sorry it's fuzzy....phone camera at it's finest)






We didn't have much else planned for class today, and I got bored after I finished my homework...so I asked an instructor to show me what pin curls were. I tried out a few, liked how they looked, and added an updo with it. It's nice to have a Manikin that doesn't squirm around and say "Ouch!" like certain blondies I know...



P.S. My finger is feeling much better :)
