Study hard!

We had our first exam on Friday - I found out today that I aced it. Hooray! :) You have to have 70% overall on your tests in order to graduate. Now who would you rather cut your hair? ;) Our next exam is this Friday, over the parts of the head, and the parts of our shears. Boring...



Today we started studying women's hair cuts. There are only 4 haircuts, and every cut that is done, is a piece of those 4 original cuts (how interesting is that?!?)



Today we learned how to do a 180º cut - also know as long layered cut. I'm not fond of the look of the cut, but maybe that's because my manikin has boring hair. Anyway, I was able to do it, with minimal oopsies! :)



Soon we'll learn graduated cuts...looks hard...I'm scared!
